Sudeep is a thoroughly committed training professional who has chosen to be a fulltime trainer after having worked extensively in various industries and roles in the corporate world.

He has worked in various global organisations such as American Express Bank, ABN Amro Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and Aon Hewitt Associates and has over 15 years of experience across Sales, Operations and Retail Risk before becoming a fulltime trainer.

Sudeep has a multi-cultural work experience with clients from across the Globe. In his corporate role he has been instrumental in creating and implementing training programs for coaching and soft skills as well as technical training and certification.

As a Coach and Trainer he has worked with Dale Carnegie, a leading, global training organisation. He has trained and coached people from USA, UK, France, Spain, Norway, India, Bangladesh, Thailand, Laos, Myanmar, Philippines, Japan, China, Australia among others.

After having lived and worked abroad in Thailand, China and Germany, he is back in India now.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Our program is designed to be insightful, experiential and interesting. The program approach focuses not only on the skills necessary to be a strong, confident speaker but also helps to create impactful content by connecting it to our own interests and passions.

This program is a mix of Group Learning as well as One on One Coaching. The program addresses a broad variety of speaking styles like Conversational Casual Speaking, Formal Presentation and Storytelling Format.

HOW IS IT UNIQUE ?

The program is designed to explore our own experiences and leverage them to become a more confident and articulate speaker.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The course is spread over 7 modules covering different facets of speaking to groups.

One module will be covered each week with a break in between modules 5 and 6 to allow for flexibility in scheduling the Coaching sessions.

Each module comprises a group session, a video submission and a One on One Coaching Session.
